Job summary

REVOLVE is hiring a Retail Recruiter in Cerritos, CA to lead full-cycle recruitment for store-based roles and partner with retail and corporate leadership to understand hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment for various retail positions, forecast hiring needs, and develop proactive sourcing strategies. Travel to store locations is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of retail recruiting experience
• Strong understanding of retail operations and store leadership structures
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

Main purpose of the Retail Recruiter role:

The Retail Recruiter is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment for store-based roles, ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains top retail talent. This role will partner closely with retail and corporate leadership to understand hiring needs, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience that supports continued business growth.

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2–5+ years of retail recruiting experience, preferably within contemporary and luxury brands


• Strong understanding of retail operations and store leadership structures


• Strong organizational and time management skills

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $75k to $85k.
