Job summary

Rural King is hiring a Recovery Associate to maintain a clean, organized sales floor and provide friendly, efficient customer service. You will recover merchandise, replenish shelves, and ensure merchandising standards are met across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Comfortable using computers and handheld devices.
• Dependable and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily department recovery by returning merchandise to the sales floor.
• Organize and display merchandise following guidelines.
• Keep sales floor and customer areas clean and safe.
• Greet customers and answer product questions.
• Know product locations and assist with purchases.
• Safely operate handheld devices, pallet jacks, ladders and other equipment.
• Support other departments as needed.
• Uphold Rural King Values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
