Job summary

Rural King is looking for a Recovery Associate to keep the sales floor stocked, organized, and accessible while delivering excellent customer service. You’ll recover merchandise, replenish shelves, and ensure displays follow the Indoor Merchandising Guide.

Ideal candidates bring retail or customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency with computers and handheld devices is preferred and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers and handheld devices.
• Dependable, flexible, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily department recovery by returning merchandise to the sales floor and replenishing shelves.
• Organize and display merchandise according to the Indoor Merchandising Guide and department standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe sales floors and customer areas.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions, locations, and purchase decisions.
• Maintain knowledge of featured products and their locations.
• Safely operate handheld devices, forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, and other retail equipment.
• Participate in cross-training and support other departments as needed.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
