Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise placement on the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintains backroom organization, tagging, hanging, and stock rotation.
• Maintains safety, cleanliness, and adherence to policies; communicates priorities to the team.
