Job Description

To maintain the daily role/function of retail receiving.

Responsibilities

1. Pull packing slips from boxes and check Yellowdog for purchase orders.
2. Receive merchandise on worksheets in Yellowdog and print tickets.
3. Tag merchandise.
4. Follow up on missing invoices with suppliers.
5. Follow up on missing purchase orders with the Director of Retail.
6. Match receiver with invoice and receive in Yellowdog.
7. If damaged items are received, call the supplier for credit.
8. Deliver merchandise to the store or alternate storage location.
9. Receive UPS and FedEx deliveries.
10. Deliver invoices to accounting.
11. Assist with uniforms as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail experience strongly preferred.

• Microsoft Office experience with a good understanding of Excel.

• Yellow Dog software experience a plus.
