The Retail Receiving Agent will be responsible for the receiving and processing of all inventory for the Miraval Retail Shops. Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Creating purchase orders, receiving, verifying, tagging shipment and putting items out on the sales floor.
  • Checking goods and identifying damage or shortage.
  • Reporting and returning unsatisfactory items.
  • Ensures accuracy and completes the receiving process in the system.
  • Managing and organizing back stock.
  • Breaking down and observing proper disposal of shipment materials.

Qualifications

Basic understanding of inventory management

Ability to work independently

Great organizational skills and attention to detail

Basic understanding of computer systems and comfort with basic data entry

Must be able to lift and move heavy objects no more than 50 lbs., work in a fast-paced environment, and communicate effectively with others.

Applicants with at least 1-2 years of related work experience are preferred.
