The role targets candidates with 3+ years in investment banking, investment sales, principal investing, brokerage, or retail real estate operations, offering exposure across underwriting, financial analysis, market research, and transaction execution. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interface with executives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in real estate investment banking, investment sales, principal investing, brokerage, or retail real estate operations.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to interface with top-level executives.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and maintain real estate financial models including DCF and sensitivity analyses.
• Create offering memoranda, pitch books, and client presentations for investment sales and capital advisory.
• Support transaction execution from engagement to closing across retail assets.
• Analyze properties and portfolios using lease economics, market trends, and valuation metrics.
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, and consultants to ensure timely deliverables.
