Mad City Windows & Baths is seeking a Retail Promotions Manager to lead a field-promotions team across retail and event spaces, driving lead generation and local awareness.

This role requires recruiting, staffing, training, coaching, and weekly management meetings, with reporting and ROI accountability to meet business objectives. You will be the face of Mad City while engaging customers in person and delivering outstanding promotions.

Qualificações

• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must have Weekend availability.
• Face to Face Marketing or Lead Setting experience is a plus.
• Prior leadership experience.
• Experience building/recruiting a team of high level performers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Physical requirements: stand 6–8+ hours/day; outdoor events in varying weather; able to bend/stretch as needed.

What We Offer

• Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus & commission structure
• Average Managers make between $75K - $110K per year with above average managers earning upwards of $150K+ per year.
