Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking a Retail Promotions Manager to lead a team of field promoters in retail and event spaces, driving lead generation and local brand awareness. You will recruit, staff, train, coach, and motivate your team, attend weekly meetings with the management team, and provide reporting and ROI metrics to meet or exceed business objectives.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must have Weekend availability.
• Face-to-face marketing or lead setting experience preferred.
• Prior leadership experience required.
• Experience building or recruiting a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Physical stamina to stand/walk 6-8+ hours and work outdoors.

What We Offer:

• Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus & commission structure
• Average Managers make between $75K - $110K per year with above average managers earning upwards of $150K+ per year.

• Prior leadership experience

• Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (6-8+ hours/day)
  • Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for events
  • Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during promotions activities
