Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths invites a Retail Promotions Manager to lead a field-promotions team across retail and events, driving leads and local brand awareness. A valid license, weekend availability, and leadership experience are essential as you recruit and develop top performers for dynamic, on-site campaigns.

You will report to management weekly, deliver ROI metrics, and be the approachable public face of Mad City while ensuring high energy, professional communication and a strong customer

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Face-to-Face Marketing or Lead Setting experience is a plus (canvassing or promoting).
• Prior leadership experience is required.
• Experience building or recruiting a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and prioritize.
• Physical: stand/walk 6–8+ hours; outdoor events in varying weather.

• Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus & commission structure
• Average Managers make between $75K - $110K per year with above average managers earning upwards of $150K+ per year.
