Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking a Retail Promotions Manager to lead a field promotions team in retail and event spaces, driving lead generation and local awareness. You will recruit, staff, train, coach and motivate your team, and attend weekly meetings with the management team.

Provide reporting and ROI metrics to meet or exceed business objectives, be the face of Mad City while delivering a fearless, face-to-face communications style.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must have Weekend availability.
• Face to Face Marketing or Lead Setting experience a plus (canvassing or promoting).
• Prior leadership experience.
• Experience building/recruiting a team of high level performers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8+ hours/day); work outdoors in varying weather conditions for events; stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during promotions activities.
