Mad City Windows & Baths is seeking a Retail Promotions Manager to lead a field-promotions team across retail and event spaces. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, drive local lead generation, and report ROI to management.

This role requires a valid driver’s license and weekend availability, with strong communication and leadership skills. You’ll represent Mad City publicly, work outdoors in varying conditions, and contribute to a fast-growing national brand within a seven-company network.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must have Weekend availability.
• Face to Face Marketing or Lead Setting experience is a plus.
• Prior leadership experience.
• Experience building/recruiting a team of high performers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Physical requirements: stand/walk 6-8+ hours/day; work outdoors.

• Lead a team of field promoters in retail and event spaces to drive lead generation and local awareness.

• Attend weekly meetings with the management team.
• Provide reporting and ROI metrics to meet or exceed business objectives.
