Job summary

Arena Family of Companies is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects in the grocery, drug store, and specialty retail sectors from preconstruction through closeout.

This role emphasizes occupied-live-site renovations with extensive coordination of architects, engineers, and clients, and requires travel to project sites across the region. Procore/Bluebeam/MS Project proficiency and ADA compliance knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Experience with grocery stores, drug stores, or specialty retail tenant improvements.
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project) and ADA compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of assigned projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Serve as primary client-facing point of contact and maintain proactive delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and municipal agencies on permitting and inspections.
• Manage occupied-live-site construction sequencing to minimize disruption to operations.
• Track budgets, change orders, and pay applications; ensure ADA compliance.
