Job summary

GSPANN Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Retail/eCommerce and Loyalty initiatives.

You will build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, drive project delivery, and ensure time, budget and quality targets are met across complex digital programs. The role demands excellent communication, Agile experience, and the ability to navigate both waterfall and hybrid delivery models, coordinating with stakeholders across diverse functions to achieve business

Role: Senior Project Manager (Retail/eCommerce/ Loyalty space)

Type: 8-12 months+

Job Description:

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll have excellent relationship building, leadership, project and team management skills and the ability to deliver business results with quality. You will bring a breadth of experience that will make you a valuable contributing member of the project team and not just a task driver and status provider. This is an exciting area of the company delivering cutting edge solutions.

Requirements:

• Have Strong Experience in Software Lifecycle and Innovative Applications for Software Lifecycle.
• Have expertise with Agile methodologies running scrum and well versed with JIRA, boards, functions and reporting
• As a Project Manager, you'll take the lead as you work with both internal and external stakeholders ensuring all milestones are tracked and reported.
• The ability to speak cogently, possess strong business acumen and ability to influence cross-collaborative teams are essential for these roles.
• Plan, schedule, estimate, coordinate, manage, and deliver the projects within our waterfall and agile hybrid delivery methodologies
• Ensure development and project processes are followed for successful implementations (for planning, implementation, testing) and ensure that exceptions to the process are transparent with risks understood and approved at appropriate organizational levels
• Oversee the daily progress of digital projects regarding time, budget, scope, and quality
• Understand downstream impact of issues while effectively and proactively informing. Escalating to key stakeholders as needed
• Proactively and aggressively track project risk and issues; defining mitigation efforts.
• Represent the PMO and PMO expectations within the project team
• Experience with Marketplaces, Partnerships and Customer Loyalty Programs a huge plus

Preferred qualifications and skills:

• 4+ years in project management. Preferably in the Retail/eCommerce/ Loyalty space
• Experience in Agile and applied skills as Scrum master on complex projects: ceremonies, planning, dependency management
• Must have core Project Management experience and skills
• Demonstrated hands-on experience; ability to quickly identify critical decision points and any potential project risks, provide solutions to team.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and excel in a dynamic and fast paced environment with critical deadlines to meet.
• Effectively collaborate and influence in a highly matrixed organization
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to communicate at all organizational levels

Education:

• BA/BS preferred
• PMP or Scrum Certification a preferred
