Job summary

Farm & Home Supply, based in the Southeast region within 50 miles of South Carolina, is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and lead all store projects with a strict safety-first approach. You will ensure regulatory permits are acquired and budgets are maintained while performing general administrative duties.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in retail.
• 2 years of budget management experience required.
• Knowledge of structural, electrical and plumbing requirements.
• Familiarity with Federal, State, and Local code requirements for project areas.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Safety-first mindset and ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee projects from start to finish within scope, time, and budget.
• Lead projects with Director of Store Operations and Regional Directors to meet deadlines.
• Assist in design and layout of project structures and timelines.
• Coordinate hiring and teams for remodel fixtures and projects.
• Build and maintain contractor relations and manage timelines.
• Manage resources, assess risks, and communicate across multiple projects.
• Order store fixture parts and equipment within budget parameters.
• Oversee store openings/re-grand openings including fixtures, merchandising, sourcing, and signage.
• Maintain updated store maps and support seasonal resets as needed.
