We are looking for a program management leader with demonstrated shopper marketing experience who knows how to drive a retail strategy of the customer's journey from awareness to purchase, improving the customer experience and driving sales for all Reality Labs products. You will manage a team of 5 direct reports plus 3 full-time contractors and partner with the Creative Director of Design to manage the entire Retail program at Meta (17,000 doors globally and growing).
