Description Of Work

The Retail Production Team Lead is an integral member of the Kiewit Café team.

This position will:

• Prep and prepare food products that are sold within the Dining Retail operations
• Assist with price setting, volume forecasting, and supply ordering
• Determine inventory levels and sales projections to ensure that value is provided to the end user while maintaining profit margins within Kiewit
• Lead a team of full-time and student employees and serve as a backup within the Retail Department
• Manage quality control, costs, and food safety

Minimum Required Qualifications
