Job summary

Thrift World is seeking a Retail Production Supervisor to help sort, process, and prepare donations for sale. You will provide direction to the production team and ensure targets and quality standards are met while maintaining a lively, safety-conscious work environment.

This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm, with benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and employee discounts. Pay is $20.00 per hour in Omaha, NE.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle physical requirements (sitting, standing, bending, light lifting up to 30 lbs).
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to guide production staff.
• Ability to communicate targets and progress clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and oversight to team members in the production area.
• Communicate operating targets and progress against standards.
• Have the ability to hire, select, teach, train, develop, coach and counsel employees as needed.
• Motivate the team regularly and troubleshoot bottlenecks to ensure efficient operations.
