Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia is seeking a Retail Associate for Woodlake (Finance) to process donations, prepare items for the floor, and support efficient store operations. You will lift, sort, tag, and display items while ensuring quality and adherence to guidelines.

You must be able to work evenings/weekends as needed and collaborate with a fast-paced team, maintaining a positive attitude and safety standards. Strong customer service and accuracy are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; combinations considered.
• No previous experience required for the role.
• No professional certifications are required.

Responsabilités

• Inspect donations and raw material for quality and marketability.
• Sort raw material and categorize for use, salvage or trash.
• Tag donated items and prepare for sales floor placement.
• Hang and display goods on the floor per productivity standards.
• Produce the required number of items daily per minimum standards.
• Adhere to uniform dress code per Retail Operations Manual.
• Maintain enthusiastic, positive attitude and teamwork.
• Cross-train in multiple production and customer service positions.
• Follow asset protection and security procedures.
• Communicate effectively with customers, peers and management.
• Adhere to the stated work schedule and routines.
• Handle physical duties including lifts and daily tasks.
