Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a Retail Production Associate to support efficient store operations by preparing donated Softline and Hardline merchandise.

You will sort, price, and ready items for the sales floor, adhering to production standards and safety guidelines. The role involves meeting quota-driven production expectations, maintaining accuracy, and working closely with store leadership to ensure merchandise is shop-ready and available throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Requires following established production processes with consistency and attention to detail.
• Able to meet productivity expectations in a quota-driven environment while maintaining quality.
• Must maintain safety and accuracy in sorting, pricing, and preparation of merchandise.
• Experience with POS systems or pricing tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sort, tag, price, and prepare donated Softline and Hardline merchandise.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe production/backroom areas.
• Support opening/closing routines and daily production tasks.
• Help move materials and coordinate between production, backroom, and sales floor.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
