Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee in Dickson is seeking a Retail Production Associate to help prepare donated Softline and Hardline merchandise through accurate sorting, pricing, and production activities.

You will work in a quota-driven environment, maintain quality and safety standards, support backroom operations, and ensure merchandise is ready for the sales floor throughout the day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow production processes, pricing and safety guidelines.
• Experience or familiarity with retail, production, or warehouse roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sort, tag, price, and prepare donated merchandise according to standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe production areas.
• Support backroom and production tasks to ensure shop readiness.
