Hy-Vee is seeking a Retail Product & Pricing Manager in the Grocery department. You will set customer service standards, manage pricing, inventory, and profitability while leading the Product Management team.

Reporting to store leadership, you’ll collaborate on inventory accuracy and vendor coordination. You will supervise the Product Management Department, schedule daily work, and ensure timely updates to pricing and product parameters.

Qualifications

• Must be able to solve practical problems and interpret instructions.
• Ability to perform arithmetic calculations involving fractions, decimals, and percentages.
• Ability to interview to obtain basic information; guide people to provide direction; follow technical manuals.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain a friendly, efficient shopping environment for customers.
• Set department standards for customer service, employee relations, cleanliness, sanitation and appearance.
• Supervise the Product Management Department and plan daily work; maintain supplies and inventory data.
• Ensure pricing accuracy, proper signage, and adequate stock for advertised items.
• Collaborate with store management on gross profit analysis and reporting; manage vendor relations.
