Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong basic math skills are necessary.
• Six months to one year of similar or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains department standards for customer service, employee relations, cleanliness, sanitation and appearance.
• Provides prompt, courteous service and engages customers by name when possible.
• Sets department goals and schedules for the Product Management Department.
• Maintains inventory information and assists with gross profit analysis and reporting.
• Uses product management software to minimize out-of-stocks and ensure correct item parameters and signage.
• Ensures pricing accuracy for advertised, EDLP, and RDA items; orders sufficient quantities.
