Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience using product management software and standard Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintains department standards for customer service, cleanliness, and profitability.
• Provides prompt, courteous service and treats customers as the most important people.
• Assists customers by guiding them to products, loading items, and handling requests.
• Supports management with gross profit analysis and reporting functions.
• Ensures inventory information is accurate for monthly inventory and pricing accuracy.
• Uses product management software to minimize stockouts and manage signage.
• Edges price changes and product information accurately and in a timely manner.
• Works with vendors and manages internal communications related to pricing and products.
