Advantage Solutions invites you to join a team shaping shopping experiences. You will engage customers through sampling, drive sales, and connect shoppers with new products in a friendly, energetic retail environment.

No prior experience required as training and team support are provided; 18+ years old, 2–3 shifts weekly, including weekends, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are expected. Benefits and discounts available.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You're 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• In this position, you'll drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling.
