Job summary

Advantage Solutions is hiring to drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling at our retail locations. You will connect with shoppers, introduce them to new products, and provide friendly, enthusiastic service while working as part of a collaborative team.

The role requires reliability, the ability to stand for extended periods, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Experience is not required as training is provided, with potential for additional hours and internal growth

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You're 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
