Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service skills.
• Receive, record, and sort donations to process through the Kaizen system.
• Ensure full compliance with Kaizen guidelines/principles.
• Meet or exceed production goals, focusing on process improvement and productivity.
• Assist in all areas of the production process and cross-train as needed.
• Perform duties such as donation attendant, merchandising, cleaning, and other tasks as instructed by supervisors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail and/or stock handling preferred.
• Sufficient mobility to perform processing requirements, including turning, leaning, kneeling, or bending.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to recognize colors and perform basic math skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in fluctuating temperatures.
