Job summary

Goodwill of the Great Plains in Mitchell, SD is seeking a Retail Processing Associate to join our team. You will process donated merchandise for resale in the store and support daily operations.

The role offers full-time employment with a starting wage of $15.00 per hour and benefits after a probation period. Responsibilities include sorting items, pricing, preparing textiles, and assisting in achieving store goals.

Qualifications

• Follow store protocol for sorting saleable items from unsaleable items.
• Assist in meeting store’s E-Store sales goals, including placing high value items in E-Store area and processing E-Store items as needed
• Place textiles on hangars. Hang textiles on rolling rack, for transfer to the store, as directed by store protocol
• Price merchandise in accordance with the store pricing strategies
• Test electrical merchandise in a safe and efficient manner.
