What you’ll do:

• Provide a welcoming and memorable experience for all visitors to our store
• Become a product expert via ongoing product training, showcasing our brand’s quality and functionality to customers
• Act as a local guide for all things in and out of our store
• Keep our store and merchandise looking their best and ready to impress
• Other duties as assigned, which may include tomahawk tossing and/or knife sharpening after passing in-house certification
• Base wages starting at $20/hr DOE + 3% commission on all retail sales (often averaging >$25/hr and up)
• Consideration for monthly bonus (tied to store performance-to-budget)
• $24/hr sharpening base wage, after completing in-house certification
