Job Overview

Provide a guest‑centric, interactive, and memorable experience for customers in the Jackson store, representing the finest American‑made knives and tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a guest‑centric mindset in a selling culture.
• Provide a welcoming and memorable experience for all visitors.
• Become a product expert via ongoing training and showcase our brand’s quality and functionality.
• Act as a local guide for all things in and out of our store.
• Keep the store and merchandise looking their best and ready to impress.
• Other duties as assigned, which may include tomahawk tossing and tracking knife sharpening orders.

Compensation & Benefits

• $18/hr base wage + 3% commission on all retail sales (often averaging >$25/hr).
• 401(k) + 4% company match.
