Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive customer experience by using consultative skills to understand each customer's needs.
• Provide product information and pricing for FedEx Office printing, signs & graphics, and shipping.
• Take customer orders, manage the production queue, and ensure accurate pricing and timely delivery.
• Operate and maintain printing, binding, and related equipment; assemble parcels for shipping.
• Process financial transactions via POS and maintain store security and cleanliness.
