Staples in Kent, WA is hiring Print Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service and professional print solutions using print and production equipment in a fast-paced store environment.

You will greet customers, ask questions to understand copy print needs, capture project details with intake tools, assist in the self-service area and support shipping tasks. Flexible part-time hours with weekly pay and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the Print Solutions department and respond quickly.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand copy print needs.
• Use intake tools to capture project information and propose total print solutions.
• Assist customers with self-service tasks using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions during consultations to generate leads.
• Perform other duties as assigned (e.g., assist with shipping).
