Staples in New York's Print Solutions department is seeking a Print Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service and produce professionally finished print projects using our equipment. You will be part of a fun, team-oriented retail culture with welcomed training.

Greet customers, ask open-ended questions to understand printing needs, capture project details, and offer total print solutions. You may assist in self-service areas and handle related duties.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional customer service in-store.
• Ability to operate basic computer programs and printers.
• Willingness to learn print production workflows.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers as they enter the Print Solutions department.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand copy/print needs.
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and propose solutions.
• Assist customers with self-service tasks and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions to generate potential leads.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.
