Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the Print Solutions department.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand copy/print needs.
• Capture project information with order intake tools and propose print solutions.
• Assist customers with self-service tasks using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions during consultations to generate leads.
• Be flexible to perform other duties (e.g., assist with shipping).
