Job summary

Staples Print Specialists provide exceptional customer service and produce finished print projects using in-store equipment. You will work in a collaborative, team-oriented retail environment and help customers with their print needs while delivering quality results.

Flexible part-time hours and weekly pay are available, with opportunities for career growth. Prioritize accuracy and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced setting, and assist with tasks in the self-service area as needed.

Qualifications

• Able to adapt to a flexible schedule based on store needs.
• Provide total print solutions by understanding customer copy/print needs.
• Maintain high attention to detail to catch quality issues.
• Basic computer skills to open, save and send files, and use word processing software.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the Print Solutions department and respond promptly.
• Ask open-ended questions to build relationships and understand print needs.
• Capture project information using order intake tools and propose solutions.
• Assist customers with self-service tasks using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions during consultations to generate potential leads.
• perform other duties as assigned (e.g., assist with shipping)
