Job Title: Retail Print Sales Specialist at Staples Stores

Job Overview: Print Specialists provide exceptional customer service and solutions for customers' print needs. You will produce professionally finished products using print and production equipment. This role involves being collaborative and inclusive, helping customers while being part of a fun, team-oriented retail culture. Immediate hiring and training in print are provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers entering the Print Solutions department and respond quickly and attentively
• Ask open-ended questions to build relationships and understand customers' print needs
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and offer appropriate print solutions
• Assist customers with tasks in the self-service area, including copy machines and PC rentals
• Ask qualifying questions during consultations to generate leads
• Perform other duties as assigned, such as assisting with shipping

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store needs
• Ability to work with many customers to provide solutions
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality issues
• Basic computer skills, including opening, saving, and sending electronic files, and using Microsoft Word or similar programs
• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment
• Manage conflict reasonably and cooperatively
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
• Ability to lift and move supplies weighing 10-50 pounds, and stand and walk continuously
