Responsibilities

• Greet customers and respond promptly in the Print Solutions department
• Build relationships through open-ended questions to understand print needs
• Use order intake tools to gather project details and recommend print solutions
• Assist customers with self-service tasks, including using copy machines and PC rentals
• Generate leads through qualifying questions during consultations
• Perform other duties as assigned, such as assisting with shipping
