Base pay range

$15.80/hr - $16.05/hr

Job Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and solutions for print needs.
• Produce professionally finished products using print and production equipment.
• Assist customers in a fun, team-oriented retail environment.
• Help customers with tasks in the self-service area, including using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Build relationships by asking open-ended questions and understanding customer needs.
• Capture project information and offer appropriate print solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned, such as assisting with shipping.

Skills and Experience

• Flexible schedule availability.
• Ability to work with multiple customers and provide solutions.
• Attention to detail and quality awareness.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word or similar.
