Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and respond promptly in the Print Solutions department
2. Build relationships through open-ended questions to understand print needs
3. Use order intake tools to capture project details and recommend solutions
4. Assist customers with self-service tasks and PC rentals
5. Generate leads through consultation questions
6. Perform other duties such as assisting with shipping as needed
