Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service within the store to maximize sales and minimize shrink.
• Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Replace and verify price tags and signs across departments as prices change.
• Scan products or tags to ensure accurate pricing and display signage correctly.
• Communicate pricing issues to Customer Support Center and ensure files are up to date.
• Follow Food Lion guidelines on safety, uniforms, and standard practice.
• Perform other duties as assigned and complete CBT/training packets.
