Hy-Vee is seeking a Retail Product & Pricing Specialist in the Grocery department. The role focuses on maintaining department standards for customer service, inventory accuracy, pricing integrity, and profitability, while leveraging product management software to optimize stock and promotions.

Candidates should have strong math skills, a customer-first attitude, and 6+ months to 1 year of related experience. This on-site position reports to store leadership and offers non-exempt employment.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to solve practical problems; variety of variables with limited standardization; interpret instructions.
• Ability to do arithmetic calculations involving fractions, decimals, and percentages.
• Experience with product management processes or systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintains the department standards for customer service, employee relations, cleanliness, sanitation, professional appearance and overall profitability.
• Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions and treating customers as the most important people in the store.
• Utilizes product management software to minimize out of stocks and inventory and maintains correct item parameters and signage to maximize sales and profits.
• Assists store management with gross profit analysis and other management reporting functions.
• Ensures inventory information is accurate for monthly inventory.
