Job summary

Hyvee.io is seeking a Retail Product & Pricing Specialist for our Grocery department. You will maintain department standards for service, cleanliness, and profitability while ensuring products are available and correctly priced.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, managing inventory parameters, and coordinating with management on new item placement and ad pricing. A High school diploma and basic math skills are required, with 6 months to 1 year of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent experience.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Over six months to one year of similar or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the department standards for customer service, employee relations, cleanliness, sanitation, professional appearance and overall profitability.
• Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring and patience in all customer interactions.
• Assists customers by guiding to products, loading or unloading items and noting customer suggestions or requests.
• Assists store management with gross profit analysis and other management reporting functions.
• Ensures inventory information is accurate for monthly inventory and minimizes stockouts using product management software.
• Works with upper management on product placement for new items and price resets.
