Job summary

Creative Dining Services at Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa is looking for a Full Time Retail PM Supervisor. The Retail Supervisor maintains the retail dining services operation, works to ensure the expectations of the client and Dining Services Director are met and/or exceeded, while responding to market trends and customer demands, producing desired outcomes in a fiscally responsible manner.

• Under the direction of the Retail Manager, supervises and coordinates all retail foodservice activities
• Maintains an organized system of comprehensive retail record keeping
• Maintains established food presentation standards
• Participates with Food Committee meetings
• Maintains good public relations with all customers, clients, staff, vendors, and the community; achieves high levels of customer and client satisfaction

Creative Dining Services at Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa is looking for a Full Time Retail PM Supervisor. The Retail Supervisor maintains the retail dining services operation, works to ensure that the expectations of the client and Dining Services Director are met and/or exceeded, while responding to market trends and customer demands, producing desired outcomes in a fiscally responsible manner.
