Qualifications

• Minimum HS Diploma/GED, College Degree preferred.
• Industry troubleshooting, including Cabling/Fire & Burglary Alarm/CCTV preferred.
• Experience with engineered drawings, bid specifications, and construction take-offs preferred.
• Experience running large projects.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
• NICET Certification preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task efficiently.
• Must type at least 40 WPM.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Strong industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager(s) with daily operational tasks.
• Provide administrative and logistical project support.
• Create and maintain project files.
• Assist in project scheduling.
• Assist in project billings.
• Assist in evaluating and estimating bid opportunities.
• Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Adhere to project safety requirements.
