Qualifications

• Good math skills for accurate prescription filling.
• Good computer skills and store inventory knowledge.
• PTCB certification preferred; helps may be required for promotion.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under supervision in pharmacy practice and patient information handling.
• Process prescriptions using pharmacy systems and assist cashiers at the register.
• Maintain customer experience by greeting customers and offering help.
• Enter patient and drug information, check for interactions, and support workflow.
• Help with inventory, ordering, receiving, and storage of pharmaceuticals.
• Support clinical services coordination as needed and assist health providers.
