Cardinal Health Community Health Center in Maryland is seeking a Retail Pharmacy Technician to join our on-call team. This role supports pharmacists by preparing and delivering prescription medications and assisting patients in a community setting.

The position is part-time with a flexible schedule to work late when required. A high school diploma, state registration, PTCB certification or progress toward it, and retail pharmacy experience are preferred; 340B experience is a plus.

• Assist pharmacists in accurate medication preparation and delivery.
• Be available to customers and patients, maintaining a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Keep the pharmacy safe and clean by following procedures, rules and regulations.
• Organize medications for dispensing by profiling prescriptions, labeling and calculating quantities.
• Deliver medications to patients and manage stock as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to follow best practices, including 340B program requirements.

Our technicians play an important role in delivering medication and pharmaceutical care in communities that are most in need.
