Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, 18+
• Must register as a Pharmacy Technician with the WI DSPS
• Commitment to become Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (CPhT) within three years of hire

Responsibilities

• Process medication orders on time to progress the patient's plan of care.
• Adhere to regulatory guidelines and ThedaCare policies.
• Follow policies around preparation of sterile and non-sterile products.
• Carry out delegated tasks under pharmacist supervision to ensure five rights of medication administration.
• Complete documentation in compliance with regulations and policies.
