Job summary
Mercy Pharmacy is seeking a motivated Pharmacy Technician I to assist pharmacists in preparing, compounding, and dispensing medications. You will help ensure patient safety and smooth daily operations within a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Interest in pursuing pharmacy registration is helpful.
- Experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists in preparing, compounding, and dispensing medications.
- Support daily pharmacy operations and workflow management.
- Utilize pharmacy automation and robotic dispensing technology.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Ensure patient safety and high-quality customer service.
- Troubleshoot pharmacy software and automation systems.
- Work in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment.
