St. Luke’s Health System in Twin Falls, ID, is seeking a Retail Pharmacy Technician to join our team at the Magic Valley Medical Center Pharmacy.

You will prepare and deliver medications, process insurance claims, input prescriptions, and support patients in person and by phone in a fast-paced environment. First-time licensure is accepted with Idaho license; preferred candidates have 1+ year experience or CPhT certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Idaho pharmacy technician license.
• One (1) + years' experience.
• CPhT (Certification) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Retail Pharmacy Technicians prepare and deliver medications, submit insurance claims, input prescription data, coordinate med-syncing, and assist patients in person and over the phone.
• Medication Locker Technicians prepare and deliver medications to medication lockers and communicate with patients when prescriptions are ready for pickup.
• Meds-to-Beds Technicians fill take-home medications for pharmacists to deliver bedside to patients prior to discharge to improve adherence.
• Micro Pharmacy Behavioral Health Retail Technician supports patients accessing and managing prescription fills, coordinating with providers, patients, and pharmacy systems.
