Responsibilities

• Prepare medications under the direction of a pharmacist in retail/community pharmacy.
• Assist in compounding, preparing and dispensing prescriptions to the public.
• Maintain proper storage and security conditions for drugs; ensure equipment is functioning and assist in maintenance/repair.
• Assist with billing related functions and inventory management.
• Support quality assurance and a safe working environment in accordance with state laws.
